Dear Brethren,
Greetings and Blessings to You and Your loved ones in the name of our Lord
and Savior Christ Jesus.
This email contains information concerning Albanian Retreat of Churches
of Christ in Albania. As you already know, Albanian Retreat will be
held this year on April 19-21. It will take place again at Tropikal Resort
in Plepa, Beach area of Durres.
This email is also an invitation to you, your local congregation and
anyone involved in the Lord's work in Albania as you see beneficially to
take part on this event. The event's purpose is for building us up and
having fellowship with one another grounded in God's Word, strengthened
through His Spirit and cherished by Lord's Love.
The Steering Committee of the event has worked closely to make all
arrangements needed for the event. We pray for God's help and for our
common spiritual benefits from the event. On the behalf of Steering
Committee, I am sending by attachment the Program of the event both in
English and Albanian language.
1. The Event: Albanian Retreat of the Local Churches of Christ
2. The Timing: April 19 - 21, 2012
3. The Topic: Christian Family and its Service
4. The Purpose: Edifying and Encouraging of the Lord's church in Albania
5. The Means: Devotional Teaching and Fellowship Program
I am also providing to you the information below on the event's cost. The
Steering Committee negotiated with Tropikal Resort concerning the cost and
have already booked at Tropikal Resort for the event.
1. Retreat cost:
a. For adults: 60 euro/person in two-days accommodation in Tropikal Resort
b. For children of age 0-5 years (associated with their parents): free of
charge cost and will be accommodated in their parents room in hotel.
c. Children of age 5-10 years (associated with their parents too): 50%
of total charge cost, so 30 euro/child.
Note: Children of age 0-10 years will have children care service (Bible
lesson and godly activities included) in cooperation with their parents.
2. Accommodation:
a. Full-time participants will be accommodated in a two single-beds room
(or one double-bed room) with their mate-room choice.
b. Part-time participants have options to have one-day accommodation (half
cost) or only food service.
c. Food service: one lunch cost is 10 euro and one dinner cost is 8
euro. They have to pay it cash at the time of food service of
lunch/dinner.
Brethren,
For your information and remembering, last year, on April 2011, the
retreat cost was 70 euro/person for adults and 35 euro/children of age
5-10 in 2-days full board accomodation at Tropikal Resort. We tried to do
our best in our negotiations this year and we should be thankful for what
we got, thank the Lord.
I encourage you to share the Program and the Information on the Albanian
Retreat with your local membership and start making the list of
participants asking them to chose their room mate. We will need to have
the list of participants from your local congregations in order to
finalize the arrangements and cooperate properly with Tropikal Resort
managing service. We would like to have your list info on March 31 so,
please, pay attention to this requirement.

Ky email permban informacion ne lidhje me Takimin Shqiptar te kishave
lokale te Krishtit ne Shqiperi. Sikurse tashme e dini, Takimi Shqiptar do
te mbahet kete vit me 19-21 Prill. Ai do te mblidhet perseri ne Tropikal
Resort ne Plepa, Plazh - Durres.
Ky email eshte gjithashtu nje ftese per ju, bashkesine tuaj lokale and
kedo qe eshte i perfshire ne punen e Zotit ne Shqiperi sikurse ju e shihni
perfituese te merrni pjese ne kete takim. Qellimi i takimit eshte per
ndertimin tone dhe miqesi me njeri tjetrin themeluar ne Fjalen e Perendise,
forcuar nepermjet Frymes se Tij dhe gezuar nga dashuria e Zotit.
Grupi Organizator i takimit ka punuar ngushtesisht per te bere gjithe
organizimin e nevojshem per te. Ne lutemi per ndihmen e Perendise dhe per

Gjithashtu po siguroj per ju informacionin e meposhtem per koston e
takimit. Grupi Organizator ka negociuar me Tropikal Resort ne lidhje me
koston dhe ka bere tashme rezervimin prane tij.
1. Kostua e Takimit:
a. Per te rriturit: 60 euro/person per 2-dite akomodim ne Tropikal Resort
b. Per femije te moshes 0-5 vjec (shoqeruar me prinderit e tyre): falas
ushqim dhe akomodim ne dhomen e prinderve te tyre.
c. Per femije te moshes 5-10 vjec (gjithashtu te shoqeruar me prinderit e
tyre): 50% e kostos, pra 30 euro/femije.
Shenim: Per femijet do te kete sherbese dhe kujdes (klasa dhe aktivitete
biblike) ne bashkepunim me prinderit e tyre.
2. Akomodimi:
a. Pjesemarresit me kohe te plote do te akomodohen ne dhoma me dy
krevate-teke (ose dhome me krevat-dopio) me shokun/shoqen apo
bashkeshortin/en.
b. Pjesemarresit me kohe te pjesshme kane mundesi te kene 1-dite akomodim
(1/2 e kostos) ose vetem sherbim ushqimi.
c. Sherbim Ushqimi: nje dreke: 10 euro dhe nje darke: 8 euro. Ata do te
paguhen me leke ne dore ne kohen e sherbimit te ushqimit.

Per informacionin dhe kujtesen tuaj, ne takimin e vjetshem, Prill 2011,
kostua e takimit ishte 70 euro/personi per te rriturit dhe 35 euro/femije
te moshes 5-10 vjec me 2-dite akomodimi ne Tropikal Resort. Ne u perpoqem
te benim me te miren ne negociatat tone kete vit dhe duhet te jemi
mirenjohes per cfare arritem, lavdi Zotit.
Ju inkurajoj te ndani kete informacion me anetaresine tuaj lokale dhe te
filloni te pergatisni listen e pjesemarresve duke u kerkuar atyre te
zgjedhin shokun/shoqen e dhomes. Me qellim qe te finalizojme pergatitjet
per Takimin, ne do te kemi nevoje te kemi listen e pjesemarresve nga
bashkesite tuaj lokale. Lypset t'i kushtojme vemendje pergatitjeve dhe te
bashkepunojme ngushtesisht me menaxheret e Tropikal Resort. Ne do te
deshironim te kemi listen tuaj me 31 Mars prandaj, ju lutemi, t'i kushtoni
vemendje kesaj kerkese.

Dear Brethren,
Greetings and my heart wishes to you and your loved ones.
First, I would like to thank Erik and Bledi for the nice meeting they
welcomed and arranged for all of us today morning. I would also like to
thank all participants for they contribution and servant spirit expressed
in the meeting. It is my prayer that we always will seek to cooperate with
one another and never compete with one another in whatever the Lord leads
us to do and serve for His kingdom in Albania.
As I shared with you this morning specifically concerning the two special
events we have arranged to have in April, I am sending to you through this
email the Program of the first event (attached) which will be held on
April 5-7 in the beach area of Durres. This info is in the addition to my
previous email info, dated March 3, which I am also forwarding to you
again (below) in case you haven't received it yet.
We would like to hear from you and have your list of participants for this
Seminar (April 5-7) as well as for the Albanian Retreat (April 19-21) till
March 31. Thank you very much and Let us stay tuned as we pray for the
needs mentioned in our meeting this morning.

Ju pershendes dhe ju dergoj urime te perzermerta juve dhe te dashurve tuaj.
Se pari, do te desha te falenderoj Erikun dhe Bledin per mikpritjen dhe
organizimin e nje takimi te mrekullueshem qe ne patem se bashku sot ne
