Matt 28:18-20
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to
me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have
commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

John 20:10-16
10 Then the disciples went back to their homes, 11 but Mary stood outside
the tomb crying. As she wept, she bent over to look into the tomb 12 and
saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus' body had been, one at the
head and the other at the foot.
13 They asked her, "Woman, why are you crying?"
"They have taken my Lord away," she said, "and I don't know where they
have put him." 14 At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there,
but she did not realize that it was Jesus.
15 "Woman," he said, "why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?"
Thinking he was the gardener, she said, "Sir, if you have carried him
away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him."
16 Jesus said to her, "Mary."
She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, "Rabboni!" (which means
Teacher).

Evidence of God in the
Universe
Introduction
Many people believe that science and the Bible are bitter enemies. But as
a matter of fact, true science and the Bible have become good friends.
In 1859, Charles Darwin published his book, The Origin of the Species.
Since then many scientists have come to believe in Darwin’s Theory of
Evolution.
According to this theory, natural forces somehow created a living cell
billions of years ago. And from this single cell, life has developed into
higher and higher forms without the help of God. Many scientists who
believe in the theory of evolution say, “There is no God.”
During the past fifty years, however, scientists have made some amazing
discoveries. These discoveries, especially in the field of biochemistry,
have uncovered convincing evidence of design in the universe. Where there
is design, there must be a designer. The Bible calls this designer “God.”
Wernher von Braun, the rocket scientist who helped put men on the moon,
wrote, “The better we understand the intricacies of the universe, the more
reason we have found to marvel at the inherent design upon which it is
based.” This great rocket scientist marveled at the design in the
universe. What is the source of this design?
The noted British physicist, Lord Kelvin, once said, “If you think
strongly enough, you will be forced by science to believe in God.”
Louis Pasteur wrote, “A little science estranges men from God, but much
science leads them back to Him.”
In this book, we will examine some of the scientific evidence that points
to God as the creator of the universe.
