Matt 28:18-20
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to
me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the
Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have
commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
NIV
John 20:10-16
10 Then the disciples went back to their homes, 11 but Mary stood outside
the tomb crying. As she wept, she bent over to look into the tomb 12 and
saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus' body had been, one at the
head and the other at the foot.
13 They asked her, "Woman, why are you crying?"
"They have taken my Lord away," she said, "and I don't know where they
have put him." 14 At this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there,
but she did not realize that it was Jesus.
15 "Woman," he said, "why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?"
Thinking he was the gardener, she said, "Sir, if you have carried him
away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him."
16 Jesus said to her, "Mary."
She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, "Rabboni!" (which means
Teacher).

Teaching WEI by eMAIL
The beginning of eMAIL evangelism
WBS (World Bible School) began teaching by eMail in
early 1997. Jan Towell began teaching WEI by eMail in late 1997.
WEI's website was opened in August 1998 and began collection student registrations
worldwide.
The success of eMAIL evangelism
Since opening the web site in summer of 1998, over 7,200
people have registered as of 9/25/2006 noon CDST.
Registrants are located in 160 of the 198 countries of the
world; i.e. 81% of the countries of the world.
2406 have answered the Introductory Lesson and have/are studying with
a teacher. That is ~35% of Intro's. become students.
That is like
knocking on 20 doors and setting up Bible studies at 7 of them.
What is the future of eMAIL teaching?
The Lord will guide us.
Who could have foreseen a tool that allows us to be missionaries to 153 countries without
leaving our homes, that would bring over 800 people a year knocking at our door, and that
would result in Bible studies with 4 out every 10 people who knock?

WEI Audio tapes are online PLUS the 21 Basic
Bible Lessons -- from Genesis through Acts.
Listening is hard for students in foreign countries.
So, Bob Towell recorded all of the WEI Basic Bible lessons. Audio has been online for over
a year, and students as far away as China listen to the Bible lessons as they read on
screen . The speed of reading begins slowly, then it speeds up to a normal rate after a few
lessons.
These audio lessons are in several church computer
labs that cannot afford an Internet connection, Ethiopia for example. You can order a WEI
Audio CD for your church or several to give away as you travel. The lessons are
copyrighted, but you are free to make duplicates and give them to your students and others.
Some travelers give them to Internet Cafes around the world.
WEI's two
tapes are also on this website. Taking the "Listening" exam, Tape No. 2, can now
be done online. These tapes are on the same CD.

WEI Student body Growing in Cambodia
In an effort to increase the numbers of students studying the Bible in English, we have
promoted World English Institute Internet Study
opportunities and today WEI Internet School Director, Bob Towel told us we have the second
largest number of students of any country in the world.
By encouraging Internet study we can teach many more students and when they are ready, they
can join our private tutoring program that teaches an average of 75 different students a
week at the PIP Center in Phnom Penh.
More then 60 Christians from the USA and Europe have spent one to nine months teaching in
the Phnom Penh Center and an average of 2% of those taught obey the gospel and remain
faithful. One new congregation that is made up primarily of these converts is meeting now
and others have become members of the older congregation in the city.
The "Tuk Tuk", a 3 wheeled taxi, is one of the ways we are spreading the word of the
availability of this opportunity. As it cruises the city thousands of people see the sign
and many are signing up. Internet Café owners like it because students spend more time on
their computers which translates into more money for them.. Many students like to study in
this non-threatening environment, and as they gain confidence are ready to study with us
personally. This is another example of how partnering with other
ministries increase our productivity and allows us to share the gospel with many more then
we ever could working alone.
Certainly He Cares. If you would teach Internet Students from your home contact
Bobtowell@aol.com, and he will help you get started.
